Taking special care of all the formal planning, styling and on-site management, I’ll be your event stylist and manager all in one. Your package will be individualised to suit your unique needs and best utilise your budget. You will receive a detailed plan outlining your event strategy, styling concept and recommended event services. Its only when you're comfortable with the planned design, that creating your event begins.
EVENT PLANNING

I’ll plan all the individual aspects required to create your vision. This will include strategic optimisation of your resources, budget management, contingency planning and the appropriation, selection and screening of all vendors. In addition, I’ll manage all selected vendor bookings, contracts and payments. For your convenience I’ll provide detailed run sheet for sign off prior to your event.
EVENT STYLING

I’ll provide all visual and sensory elements required to reflect your vision. I’ll facilitate bespoke decorations including centerpieces and floristry, specialised lighting, audio visual and musical installations. I’ll coordinate the positioning of all furniture, decorations and branding or marketing collateral and signage. I’ll help foster a welcoming, engaging atmosphere designed to encourage social interaction.
EVENT MANAGEMENT

I’ll adhere to a professional on-site representation and management of your event in accordance with your pre-approved run sheet. I’ll complete logistical and vendor management, including bump in (set up) and bump out (pack down). I’ll oversee guest list or registration management, VIP and talent management, crisis management and provide personalised support for you prior, during and after your event.
